This challenge is all about effective stress management, which is the 4th foundational habit to develop to improve health and thrive.

Finding your sense of calm in the midst of these chaotic times can feel like no easy task—to say the least! But it’s also more important than ever to find healthy ways to manage the stress, anxiety, and worry of life, especially when that stress feels constant. In today’s world, “everyday stressors” may have taken on a life of their own, but that doesn’t mean we have to give in to a pervasive sense of dread. 

Did you know that the way we view stress has a big effect on how we deal with stress?

Learn about that and simple techniques to add into your daily routine that will help you effectively manage stress, anxiety, worry and restore balance as you build resilience. You can learn how to regulate your body versus simply taking your temperature and then “blowing up” or having a meltdown. This challenge will identify ineffective coping mechanisms that harm your health and your body and help you build a toolbox to effectively manage stress. Burnout is a real thing, so join me and learn how to come back from burnout, manage stress and take your life back!

The challenge starts April 1st (no fooling and ends on the 28th. You will get an introduction email followed with weekly motivation, tips and action items along with educational materials. I have links to some life changing TED talks, several coping tools with how to’s and handouts that you can keep creating your own custom toolbox to effectively cope with stress.
