Days of Gratitude

November is a time when we naturally acknowledge the goodness in life as we prepare for Thanksgiving. The smells, sights and sounds of fall will be changing to winter and we have high expectations for a cozy and festive time. However for many, depression, anxiety and the feelings of being overwhelmed are also ushered in with the holiday season. Building a practice of gratitude helps us feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve health and well-being, deal with adversity with a pinch more grace and build strong relationships. Gratitude can help lift the spirit and the soul and teach us the simplest form of effective coping leading to a more resilient life. Subscribe here to join me!
