This challenge is about increasing your water intake. To make it fun, try infused water!
You know you should drink more water, but how much? The rule is half your body weight in ounces of water a day. If you weigh 200 pounds, you should be drinking 100 ounces of water per day.
If that sounds daunting, I understand. That’s why this challenge is so great! It will help you set a personal goal, not live up to some expectation.
What else do you get? How can I participate?
1. Print the water tracking sheet that will be emailed to you
2. Set a personal goal to increase your water intake, log it on the tracking sheet (or use your wearable device)
3. Cross off the days you meet your goal each week on the provided calendar/tracking sheet
4. Read my weekly emails with tips, education, and motivation to increase your water intake
