“GREAT DREAM” is an acronym that we’ll use for this challenge. Each letter stands for one of the 10 keys to happier living that the challenge will cover. Each day you will do a simple activity from each letter of “GREAT DREAM” as you move through the 10-day challenge. The challenge is short, simple, and sweet…so I hope you’re hooked and want to continue living by the “GREAT DREAM” principle…it’s full of healthy habits that can change your life and those that are beneficiaries of your activities.
