Hike Yeah!

September is a great time to rev up your activity and create healthy habits that will last through the winter. As we all transition from summer to fall, it’s important to maintain daily activity. During the summer you might have been swimming, participating in mud runs, triathlons, participating in a softball or kickball league or sightseeing maxing out your steps.

In essence, the goal of the Hike Yeah! challenge is to help you transition your summer activity into a doable fall to winter habit of activity. All you have you compete a certain number of steps/miles per day. You can compete against yourself or gather an accountability buddy or group to hike/walk with.

 How to participate

  1. Register and pay for the challenge

  2. Pick one of 4 levels to participate

  3. Print off the tracking sheet

  4. List your daily steps or miles

  5. Have fun and hike away!

 What you’ll get: Weekly emails with motivation, inspiration, and places to explore. Text follow-ups for accountability each week. Virtual medal for completion of the challenge!
