Module Two of the Healthy Habits Class will cover Physical, Environmental and Financial well-being. You will learn the basis for creating healthy habits, no matter your personnel goals. You will be provided a framework to improve every day and make small changes that add up to success and lifestyle change.
Topics such as: What is a balanced workout? Tips on eating healthy, ways to reduce clutter in your home and mind; reducing your carbon footprint and how to achieve financial freedom will be covered.
This class will meet via Teams 6:05-7:05pm. It is a 3 week module and the start of the class. Mondays February 6th, 13th, 20th.
Cost is $99. Includes a customized binder, folder and notebook for all 9 modules; materials for reference and custom handouts. The class and guest expert speakers. A 50% discount on an initial health coaching session ($47.50 value!) If you have taken module 1 the price is $69.
