It’s a great time to bring outside activity indoors and switch it up. If summer and early fall was all about the great outdoors, fall can be a great time to do intentional resistance workouts! It’s important to change up your workouts and the focus so your body has a new challenge.
That’s what this challenge is all about! It’s about showing up and doing the exercises. They are simple, and will get you back into the weight lifting/resistance part of a balanced workout. I’ll include simple videos that will help with form and what to do. Written instructions and pics will also be included so that you have the workout to refer to and track. All the exercises are upper body/arms. Walking and steps will target the lower body. You will set a goal for each, and track your progress on a custom challenge provided sheet.
Creating a new healthy habit is about showing up. You can hone it and perfect it as you build the habit. Practice does not make perfect, it makes permanent!
