Resilience is the ability to bounce back from life’s curve balls and effectively use stress to fuel your next action, verses stuffing it and causing chronic stress which leads to burnout.
The goal of this challenge is to try on e of the practices to help you cope with stress and develop the skill and do it on a daily. Developing healthy habits will improve the quality of your life, allow you to handle stress better and be more resilient. Set a personal goal of how many days or what practices you’d like to try. I’ll keep it simple with practices that are 5 minutes or less to do.
