5 A Day Challenge


The goal of the 5 a Day Challenge is to eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day. 2 fruits and 3 servings of veggies. If you are already there, set a goal of adding more raw veggies and fruits, or make changes in your already plant based diet for optimal health.

You will be provided a colorful tracking sheet to establish the healthy habit/goal; weekly emails full of motivation, informative infographics, tips and more! This challenge will inspire, educate, and encourage you on your personal path to making every bite count! Recipes, handouts and tips on getting your fruits and veggies in will also be provided!

To participate in challenge subscribe to the website. This will register you for the challenge! OR sign up for this challenge only by emailing me. Pay via Venmo or pre-approved check. Cost is $10.
