Cardio Time

Cardiovascular activity doesn't have to mean jumping on a treadmill or elliptical machine - there are plenty of quick ways to add 10-minute bursts of activity throughout your day. Push yourself to try and track one (or more!) of my cardio workout ideas today to sneak in your 10 minutes.

I love the Boss Family workouts on the American Heart Association website! So fun and no dance experience needed!

Of course – you can always walk, jog, swim, show off your dance moves or do some old school calisthenics for your 10 minutes of cardiovascular activity!

Reach out to your accountability buddy/a friend and invite them to get their heart rate up for 10 minutes with you today!

Small bouts count! Build the habit of activity and your mind, body and soul will crave it!

ENJOY!
