Health Coaching (New/Initial Client Session)

Your initial health coaching session will be approximately 90 minutes. During this time, we will get to know each other going over your initial assessments, discuss your Soulistic Well-Being Vision Statement and create a plan with realistic goals for moving forward.

In addition, supplemental materials such as handouts, assignments, tools, links, videos or TED talks will help you address habits that d no longer serve you and educate you so that you can make healthy choices. Accountability will be discussed at the end of your session and provided. Customized tools assist you in achieving your goals and help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, based on your unique needs.

Please fill out the Health Coaching Agreement and other assessments that will be emailed to you prior to your initial session. I will compile these so your strengths can be used to support your plan. They help you focus on the deeper issues, beliefs and values that you need for lasting change. Together we will build a bridge in your sessions from where you are at now to achieve your vision. That is done with goals, a plan of action and realistic steps to achieve your dreams without feeling overwhelmed because you have support and accountability.

Initial Health Coaching = 60-90 minutes

Your initial health coaching session will be approximately 60-90 minutes. During this time, we can get to know each other, discuss your Soulistic Well-Being vision, and create a plan with realistic goals to move forward. You are invited to have a notebook or journal to take personal notes of each session and document your goals.

I will call you at the number of your choice within a few minutes of the agreed upon time for your session.

Health coaching follow-up sessions will be 30-45 minutes in length. You are encouraged to commit to 3 months of sessions to make lifestyle changes. What you do between sessions is vital to your success. Length of time between sessions will also be discussed at the initial session, based on your needs.

In addition, supplemental materials such as handouts, worksheets, TED talks, articles or tools may be emailed to you. You’ll receive an in-between session text to maintain accountability. This additional help will assist you in achieving your goals and help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

If you need to cancel and reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
