I have created a special hybrid mega event on Habits! See the attached brochure for more information!

It includes The Weekly Habits Project book; a 90 minute 1:1 health coaching session to help overcome obstacles, explore values and beliefs regarding your new habit; weekly support, motivation, and education and customized worksheets/handouts to help you establish your new healthy habit and work through beliefs and adopt new ones that support your desire to change!

This mega challenge invites you to focus on one habit from one of the pillars of health from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

9/11 Memorial Stair Climb (Copy)

The 11th annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb at Lambeau Field will take place Saturday, September 9, 2023. Registration is now open for the event co-sponsored by the Green Bay Metro Fire Department and Pierce Manufacturing.

On the iconic Lambeau Field steps, participants will undertake a climb equivalent to 110 stories - the height of the collapsed World Trade Center towers. Climbers are given an honor badge displaying the name and picture of a fallen firefighter, representing the ascent they faced on that tragic day. Upon reaching the height of the 78th floor of the towers, the highest point reached by firefighters on 9/11, each climber rings the fire bell in tribute to the fallen hero on their badge. The stair climb is not a competitive race, and participants are free to climb to any level they choose.

Nature & Nurture Challenge

Nature & Nurture…this goes hand in hand. When you take time in the great outdoors, you refresh your mind, body and soul. This challenge will encourage and invite you to get outdoors, show casing various parks, trails and natural recreation areas that you can go and hike, walk, bike or jog. Some areas are kayak accessible.

The twist, you will be asked to put a simple resilience building tool into action with your travels. Simple breathing exercises, visualizations and more will be highlighted in weekly emails, so that you can build resilience anytime. Getting outside refreshes and restores…the various tools can help you rejuvenate even when you cannot get outside.

The Giving Garden

The Giving Garden

We are taught the importance of being the hands and feet of Jesus. Six times a year, on the second Saturday of the month, we gather together to help our community in some way.

Pathways Church has a garden on our property that serves the Fox Valley by donating all produce to the local Freedom Food Pantry. On this Second Saturday we are in need of volunteers to prepare the garden for the growing season.

Project Feed More

Come and be part of an initiative to help feed those in need! 275 volunteers are needed on Saturday, April 22. This event is for ages 6 and up and could be a wonderful family event! You have the option to choose between two different shifts.

All the meals will go to multiple local food pantries, including Freedom Food Pantry and global missions partners!

This year our goal is 125,000 meals!
